For our final dinner of the weekend, I’m not sure we could have gotten luckier. As the storms subsided and the clouds cleared, we were treated to the most incredible send-off sunset for the closing ceremony. Hosted at the Party Barn at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, we had ample parking 😉, full 360 views, and capped off the night with gratitude, prizes, and live music by Dallas Jones. Massive thank-you to our partners Aaron Hite, Jason Sears, and Matt Sanders with Arrow Networks for sponsoring this years dining experience—we couldn’t have ended the weekend on a more perfect note if we tried!

If you know TierOne, you’ve likely met our in-house whiskey and bourbon connoisseur Jordan Rhinehart. This year’s Wine and Whiskey experience got a twist when we finally convinced him to lead the whiskey tasting. While we couldn’t talk him into tackling our wine drinkers too, we were thrilled to have Big Cedar’s sommelier join us—a familiar face to anyone who’s dined at the Worman House. Hosted downstairs at Harry’s Cocktail Lounge & Bar, guests found a cozy escape from the rain, complete with all the snacks and chocolate to pair perfectly with their drink of choice. Big thank-you to our partners Greg Pickering and Jelani Tate with Versa Networks for making this tasting an unforgettable experience! 🍷🥃

This year’s Dogwood Canyon excursion felt like a true Choose Your Own Adventure. Guests spent the day horseback riding, casting lines on guided fly-fishing trips, or exploring the scenic grounds on foot or by bike. Thank you to everyone who joined in on the fun—we hope your time there was every bit as relaxing as these photos make it look!

In true fashion, we hit the links again this year! Braving the cooler temps and incoming storms, our guests swung harder not smarter, got juuust close enough, and leaned into the real hazard—the infamous 19th hole. Huge thank-you to all our golfers and sponsors, Segra, Versa Networks, Dialpad, Megaport, and Arrow Networks for making this years round at Payne’s Valley possible. ⛳️

Welcome to your Calm Era!✨ Major thank-you to our partners at AT&T Business for making this treat possible! Whether blissfully dazed after a 10/10 massage, giving those keyboard-stricken hands a well-deserved mani/pedi, or simply soaking up the serenity at our spa suite reception—our guests got the full Cedar Creek Spa & Salon experience. 💅

With the ice officially broken at our welcome reception, now it’s time to break bread! Our guests ventured over to Arnie’s Barn for this year’s welcome dinner, where we switched things up by incorporating a family-style dining experience—a far cry from the typical stuffy conference dinner. If there is anything we’re good at, it’s making sure relaxation stays front and center! Big shoutout to our partner Tony Francisco with D&H Distributing and Microsoft for sponsoring this year’s kick-off dining experience.

After a one-year hiatus, our TierOne Percenters event came back with a bang! Hosted at Big Cedar Lodge, we kicked the weekend off with one of our premier sponsors, Brighspeed. We welcomed guests into the Falls Lodge, unintentionally created the best kind of chaos with a custom hat bar, and shared a one-of-a-kind photo opportunity only seen at the Grammys! With another stunning sunset on the Buffalo Bar patio and live music setting the perfect mood, a huge thank-you goes to our friends and partners Sam Wildman and Justin Suber—we couldn’t have started this weekend off on a better note!🥂 🤠

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! As your trusted technology solutions provider, we want to help keep your business safe. Here are 5 key tips to keep things locked down without losing your mind.

1. Train employees on phishing: An estimated 90% of breaches start with phishing. Keep your team sharp.

2. Use multi-factor authentication: A small hassle now prevents big headaches later.

3. Keep software updated: Don’t snooze that update. Patch vulnerabilities quickly to close security gaps.

4. Backup your data: Ransomware is on the rise. Regular backups are your best defense—consider them your digital insurance.

5. Strong passwords: Cybersecurity 101. Long, unique, and complex passwords are key. Password managers can generate and store these securely.

Remember, good cybersecurity is an ongoing process, not a one-time fix. Stay vigilant and keep your defenses up-to-date.

📣: “May I have your attention, please?”

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the TierOne team, Katy Desjardins!

As our VP of Client Operations, Katy comes aboard packin’ all we could have ever dreamed of. Her extensive expertise in technology operations and strategy, her leadership experience, and her killer track record of delivering an unrivaled customer experience are the stuff of legend around here.

Katy joins us from DataCapable, a SaaS technology provider, where she spearheaded account management, project ex*****on, customer success, renewals, and support operations. Before that, we knew Katy as Director of Enterprise IT Solutions for Summit Utilities, where we had the pleasure of working together on their digital transformation. From that experience, she’s been a TierOne “believer” ever since (her words, not ours)!

Katy’s demonstrated badassery will be invaluable in helping us build upon TierOne’s continued growth and success. And to make a long post even longer, what we’re trying to say is that we’re beyond thrilled to have Katy in our corner and we can’t wait to see her work her magic!
