As I celebrate this Father’s Day. My greatest accomplishment as a father is that I taught my kids how to fight. By teaching my kids how to fight, I’ve given them tools for life. They are confident, levelheaded, athletic, and ready to stand their ground. I know they will grow up to be great men and leaders. They didn’t grow up soft. They are being built to lead, protect, and succeed.

I’m proud to share that I have successfully completed the AXON Master Instructor School at the New York State Police Academy in Albany, NY.

Over five intensive days, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM each day, participants were challenged through rigorous skills evaluations, instructional development, and comprehensive knowledge testing covering TASER Energy Weapons systems and AXON VR training platforms.

This course demanded a high level of preparation, technical proficiency, and instructional capability, ensuring that graduates can effectively train and develop others in the safe, lawful, and effective use of these critical tools.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside dedicated law enforcement professionals and to further enhance the training capabilities I can bring back to my agency and the officers I serve.

A special thank you to the AXON instructors and the New York State Police Academy staff for delivering a first-class training experience.
