The ECHS Baseball team is hosting a camp July 7-9 from 9 am - 12 pm each day. The cost is $115. The camp will be held on Rebel Field. Contact Coach McCombie at [email protected] for questions. The ECHS Homecoming Game 2026 will be Friday, September 4. We will have homecoming activities the week of August 31 - September 4. The Homecoming dance will be held Friday, September 11, due to Labor Day the prior weekend. Mark your calendars!

DATE CHANGE! Due a conflict with the Rincon parade, the ECHS Flag Football camp will now be held on Friday, June 26, from 6-9 pm. Join us for Friday Night Lights on Rebel Field! The ECHS Competition Cheer team will hold a little Rebel Cheer Camp July 20-23 in the ECHS Gym from 9 am - 12 pm each day. The camp is for girls who will be going into Pre-K through 8th grade. Our GA-938 AFJROTC cadets have successfully completed and graduated from Cadet Leadership Course (CLC) in Charleston, South Carolina. Throughout the week, these young men and women were challenged through leadership exercises, team-building events, physical activities, and character-development opportunities designed to strengthen their ability to lead and serve others. They were pushed beyond their comfort zones and responded with determination, resilience, and professionalism.

Most importantly, they represented Effingham County High School with pride and distinction. Their conduct, teamwork, and commitment to excellence reflected positively on our school and community. Experiences like CLC help shape future leaders by teaching accountability, confidence, communication, and the importance of serving something greater than oneself.

The ECHS Football Cheer team is hosting a Mini Rebel Football Cheer Camp Saturday, August 1, from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm at the ECHS main gym. Cost for the camp is $60 per camper; register and pay by July 8 to get a tshirt, bow, and lunch during the mini camp. Join us for a day of spirit, fun, and learning with the ECHS Cheerleaders! Campers should bring a lunch and are encouraged to bring their own water bottle. Concessions will be sold. Please bring cash or check made out to ECHS day of camp.
