What a fabulous morning for my clients! After going to the open house, they had absolutely loved this property. BUT unfortunately their preapproval came in to late for the offer deadline! 😬 (this is why I stress the importance of preapprovals so much with my buyers!)

Luckily for us, the previous buyers backed out! We were able to swoop in with a strong offer and secure an accepted offer! I am looking forward to working hard for my clients to get this one to the closing table smoothly.

I've been in the kitchen cooking up my goals. Education is so important in the real estate industry, especially for consumers who periodically buy and sell. Creating a guide for my (potential) clients has been a goal of mine. I can say today, I have nearly completed my sellers guide. I am so excited to start bringing it with me to all my listing consultations.

Today I'm reviewing my AARE course and my Auctioneers of Real Estate Conference. Being an auctioneer and a real estate agent, making sure that I am staying top of game for my businesses is so important. While those classes we extremely informational. It's important to go back and review materials, just incase their are things that could have slipped through the cracks so to speak. My goal as an agent and an auctioneer is to always provide the best services for my clients as a I possibly can.
