Repairs in process at our portfolio property Sundance Paola Apartments. The property sustained hail damage in a recent storm, and our team worked swiftly to mitigate further damage and facilitate the repairs. Proud to share that occupancy remained stable throughout this process.

After two years of ownership, we’re pleased to share that we have successfully completed the refinance of GrandVue Townhomes, our 40-unit townhome portfolio property.

Through strategic interior and exterior CapEx improvements, we successfully stabilized the property and, through the refinance, returned 44% of investors’ original capital tax-free.

We’re grateful to our investors for their continued trust and partnership. We look forward to building on this momentum and creating more value together.
