Springfield Kettlebell
Springfield Kettlebell is a StrongFirst School of Strength offering private and small group training.
We use kettlebells, CK-FMS and Primal Move as our main training tools. SKB is about helping people meet their goals, whether it be a physical goal or about having the courage to step out of their comfort zone. We help students find and cultivate their strength of spirit and empowerment. We also help facilitate them to put forth their best efforts so that they can move better, be healthier and be stronger than they were yesterday.

Hi fives all around! Hey! No touching!!!
Kettlebell classes at the Bodysmith have been put on hold. However I will be doing classes on line and having meet ups in the park to honor social distancing. I’m setting up a kettlebell loan program as well. Just stay tuned as I get it all set up. And by all means do not stop your kettlebells and other forms of exercise!!!

As human beings we are sensory-dependent. We use sensation to help us navigate through the world every second of every day. 👂🧠👀🤚🏼
As health and fitness professionals we need to remember that every sensory system contributes to how we move, think and feel. What this means practically is that learning to assess and train all of our different sensory systems is a huge professional priority.
