Tina Benton - The Realtor

I love riding past houses that I’ve sold and seeing people turn those investment properties into a home! Such a great and beautiful feeling! ❤️🫶🏽

Unfortunately this is not my property and I don’t have any association with this property! I’m helping my friend! She needs a roofer asap! The wind from last night didn’t help this roofing project at all and it’s taking them weeks to get it done. We need somebody smart, precise and getting this job done. Thousands have already been invested! We know some extra money will be involved! All material has been purchased, we just need somebody to finish the job. All recommendations will be considered and we need quotes! Thanks!

As 2025 comes to a close on this New Year’s Eve, I can’t help but reflect with gratitude and pride! This year, I had the honor of selling 8 properties, and I’m heading into the new year with 4 listings still rolling strong 🙌

I am so thankful for the amazing clients who trusted me, believed in me, and allowed me to be part of such big moments in their lives! Working alongside incredible agents on these transactions made the journey even better—teamwork truly makes the dream work!

Above all, I thank God for blessing me with the opportunity to be a realtor and for guiding me through every step of this year. None of this would be possible without faith, support, and trust!

2025 was a great year, and I’m excited, motivated, and ready for everything 2026 has in store. Cheers to growth, gratitude, and new beginnings 🥂✨

We had some great speakers and presentations for a great cause to help impact Springfield’s Snyder Park! They are creating a Sensory Space where everybody belongs! Scan the QR Code to learn more about this and how you can help! Thanks! ❤️❤️❤️
