An accent tells you where I came from, not my whole story.

I came to America completely on my own, long before I ever met my husband. I wasn’t running from a poor country — I was choosing a different life for myself and leaving behind an environment I knew I didn’t want to stay in.

I started over from scratch, built a family and a life I’m incredibly proud of, and somehow after 16 years… the accent decided it was coming along for the ride.

You never really know someone’s story from the way they sound. A little kindness goes a long way. 🤍

Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad 🥗

Ingredients:
1 oz of pasta
1 serving Real Good Foods Co. Dino nuggets
Chopped lettuce
A few cherry tomatoes, halved
Parmesan cheese
1-2 tbsp Marie’s Dressing Caesar dressing

Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and let cool. Spray with some avocado oil and salt it . Air fry chicken + pasta for 12-15 minutes at 400F until crispy!
