Last week, we hosted our first ever RCG bowling tournament! Both our Springfield & Bentonville offices competed, with Project Engineer Brenden Williams taking home the gold (candle) at the SWMO office and Project Executive Greg Ferus securing his win in NWA.

Thank you to everyone who competed or came out to spend time with their coworkers. We always look forward to hosting these events, and are always excited to see our team members showcasing our core value of Relationships.

Our Domino's project in Mountain Home, AR, has entered the finishes phase with paint and flooring currently taking place. Not much more to complete before this Domino's falls into place.

Our Main & A Apartment Complex project, located in Bentonville, AR, continues to trek ahead. Current tasks include:

- Painting the exterior trim around the windows of Building A
- Laying brick at Building B
- Installing the underground storm water detention system for Building A
- Insulating Building C

This build is one of our larger-scale projects, but our team is handling each item on the list with an impressive attention to detail. This exemplifies one of RCG's core values: Quality. Each member of our team strives to build a high-quality building for our clients, and Main & A is no exception.

Yesterday, American Buildings stopped by to present RCG with their Top Twenty-Five PEMB Builders Award. Out of 1000 general contractors that work with them, we made their top 2.5%. The award also came with some delicious BBQ from Whole Hog Cafe, which was a team favorite.

Thank you to American Buildings for this recognition, and for our team's dedication to our core values of Relationships, Integrity, & Quality. Our team's consistent utilization of these three traits is the reason we achieved this award.

This August, we are celebrating the Ross-iversaries of Project Executive Greg Ferus, Superintendent Isiah Bates, Project Manager Steven Smith, Superintendent Joe Zielinski, and Project Coordinator Amy Laughlin.

In recognition of the work these five valued employees have done for RCG, we asked their coworkers to share a few words about the positives of working with them. Swipe right to see what they had to say.

This week our team oversaw the slab pour of the Bus Andrews project in Springfield, MO. Donco 3 Construction LLC, our concrete subcontractor, poured roughly 115 cubic yards, which completed the slab in its entirety.

Our First Baptist Church of Clever's project team is currently tackling wrapping up the exterior framing & sheathing; installing TPO roofing on the canopy; beginning the installation of storefront entrances; hanging interior sheetrock and completing MEPF overhead rough-in.

There's still much to do before our December 2026 deadline, but our team is right on schedule to deliver a quality worship center for the members of First Baptist Church of Clever.

Yesterday, we hosted yet another Trivia & Lunch at both of our offices!

We catered Chick-fil-A, played Jeopardy music, and then quizzed our team members on their sports knowedge. Chief Financial Officer James Lea (slide three) won at our Springfield office, and Superintendent Seth Culbertson (slide four) secured his win at our Bentonville office.

As always, it was a mix of laughs and friendly competition, and another great way for us to foster one of our core values: Relationships.

Our Mid-Am Metal Forming project, located in Rogersville, MO, has just finished the er****on process and our team is now working on installing wall panels. This building will operate as a throughfare between Mid-Am's two existing buildings, so only a few tasks remain before we hand this project over.

Our Eagle Crest Business Complex team is working hard on a great number of tasks, but most notably overhead canopy installation, electrical rough-in, and insulating all plumbing piping.
