For the month of May, we celebrated the Ross-iversaries of Superintendent Tanner Geren and Assistant Superintendent Landon Clark. In recognition of the work these two stellar employees have done for RCG, we asked their coworkers to share a few words about working with them. Swipe right to see what they had to say.

Our Bentonville, AR, Mid-City Commons project team is currently working on various tasks at each of the five apartment buildings at the complex. These include hanging roof trusses, framing walls, laying decking, handling MEP rough-in, pouring the slab for one of the buildings and installing underground detention materials. Our team at First Baptist Church of Clever is simultaneously wrapping up their PEMB er****on while beginning their canopy steel er****on. Work on interior framing and MEP rough-ins is also ongoing.

Earlier this year, we submitted our 2026 structural steel project data to Metal Construction News. Last week, we were named a Top 30 Steel Contractor in the U.S.—and the only contractor in the Ozarks to make the list.

Quality is a core value at RCG, and it shows in the standards we hold in the field and the dependable work we deliver. We see this ranking as a reflection of how our team approaches steel construction every day—focused on getting the details right from fabrication through final er****on. It’s rewarding to see that consistency recognized at the national level.

Our Paul Mueller Building 8 North project continues checking more and more off of its to do list.

We have finished installing flooring in the office space, and are now focusing on tying up the fire alarms and completing the final cleaning in there. As for the production area, we are working on MEP rough-in, completing the restroom wall tiling, and re-skinning the existing production building with new metal wall panels.

Great strides that will help us meet our end of May deadline.

Our nPrint Graphix project is shining blue

The signature color of the business, a vibrant blue, has been incorporated in various areas of the project. The front entrance panels, the interior office/warehouse walls, and the upstairs mezzanine/creative room all feature the sapphire hue. The ex*****on throughout the project is well done, and acts as yet another example of our dedication to the RCG core value of Quality.

Our Hankins 6 project is in it's final stages and as such, has caulked and completed the final clean on it's warehouse floors. Stay tuned on our socials as our project team gets ready to complete this Rankin Development build.
