Most people don’t realize their hips are the real problem… until pain shows up.

A glimpse of how Nick fixed his lower back pain

He didn’t fix his back by jumping straight into heavy squats and deadlifts.

Most lower back pain isn’t “bad luck.”
It’s weak hips.
Weak core.
And no real strength foundation.

So people do this instead:
❌ Take pain meds
❌ Ignore it
❌ Train through it
❌ Sit all day

And wonder why it gets worse…

If you don’t strengthen your body, pain will always come back.
Whether you go to the gym or not.
