Today hits a little differently for us.

Our roots are in New York, and September 11, 2001 isn’t simply a date in history for our family. It is a day that changed us. People we knew, cared about, and expected to see again never came home that day. We watched a place we called home become the center of unimaginable heartbreak, courage, and loss.

We remember the faces, the names, the families, and the first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away. We remember those who never made it home, and those who still carry the weight of that day with them long afterward.

Twenty-five years later, the pain may have changed, but the love and the memories never will. We carry the people we lost in our hearts, we honor the lives they lived, and we hold close the reminder to never take a single moment, a single person, or the privilege of serving others for granted.

For those we lost, for those who survived, for those who served, and for the families who still feel their absence — we remember you. Always. 🇺🇸❤️

We are partnering with the HIV HCV Resource Center to offer a Community Narcan Training to help folks learn how to recognize and respond to an overdose. This training provides the knowledge and confidence needed to potentially save a life.

As the incoming storm approaches, VT-TF1 has pre-positioned two squads in southern Vermont to support potential response operations.

Deploying resources ahead of severe weather allows us to reduce response times and assist communities more effectively should the need arise. Our personnel will remain in close coordination with Vermont Emergency Management and local response partners throughout the event.

If you are in the affected area, now is the time to prepare, monitor forecasts, and follow guidance from local officials.
