Chataranga Dandasana - Four Limbed Staff Pose - Basic Joint Positions
• The elbows flex.
• The forearms pronate.
• The wrists extend.
• The shoulders externally rotate.
• The knees extend.
• The ankles dorsiflex.
• The toes extend.
• The hips are neutral.
• The spine is neutral.
