Nikki Budzinski / Congresswoman Nikki Budzinski voted YES on this bill. We are embarrassed, appalled & ashamed to have her represent our community and vote like this. This is an embarrassing example of her bipartisan work.
Under H.R. 9495, any tax-exempt organization that criticizes the government could have its status stripped away arbitrarily by a designation that it is “terrorist supporting”.
They tried to pass it as an emergency which requires 60 percent yes. She needs an earful from her constituents.
