Here’s a hint: It’s not Chrome.

A Note to Our TechGents Community
At TechGents, our priority has always been taking care of the people behind the screens.
With flu season hitting particularly hard this year, we’ve made the difficult decision to move our operations to 100% remote work for the remainder of the flu season (hopefully the end of February).
This wasn't an easy call to make—it feels very much like the tough decisions we navigated during the pandemic. However, the safety of our team and our loved ones is non-negotiable. Some of our team members have immuno-compromised family members, and we need to do our part to ensure they stay protected while the seasonal numbers are so high.
The Good News: We are fully equipped to serve you! We can perform 99% of our services totally remotely. Whether it’s troubleshooting, security updates, or general tech support, you can expect the same expert care you’ve always received from us.
What does this mean for you:
• Business as usual: Our response times and quality of service remain unchanged.
• After & Off Hours Work: We will do any on-site work after your normal business hours (we already heavily do this).
• Safety first: We are doing our part to keep the community (and our families) healthy.
We will be masked up for any interactions and appreciate you respecting that decision.
• Stay safe: We hope this season passes quickly and that you and your families stay healthy and resilient.
Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to trust us with your technological needs. Let’s look out for one another!
Stay safe,
The TechGents Team
