October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month. This year’s theme really embodies the purpose of S.E.E.N.! We want to advance disability inclusion in our community so everyone has access to not just employment but good, safe employment.

Our first lunch and learn was a huge success with over 40 representatives from area employers, agencies, and providers attending. We appreciate all of the positive feedback we received!
S.E.E.N. was created to assist area employers in creating inclusive work environments to enhance employment opportunities for those with disabilities and members of other marginalized groups in our community.
In addition to quarterly in-person lunch and learns, monthly webinars will be held addressing a number of topics related to disability inclusion.
