XYZZ is a ZZ Top tribute band, delivering faithful renditions of your favorite tunes, with the look, the sound, and the vibe. Have Mercy!

XYZZ is coming to a town near you, and they're bringing a truck load of the ZZ Top tunes you know and love with them. These cats have the look, the sound, and the vibe, and they deliver a blistering 90 minute tribute. Unlike other ZZ Top tribute bands, XYZZ takes great pains to play the songs as recorded by ZZ Top on the original albums, not the often vastly different versions ZZ Top plays in concert. It's the next best thing to walking into a bar and seeing the real ZZ Top laying it down!

Our illustrious and multi-talented bassist Eddie Bolin did a stellar job creating another matching pair of guitars with pearl white paint, hand made pickguards, EMG pickups and Babicz Full Contact Hardware bridges.

We didn't think it was going to happen after a communication breakdown, but we ended up playing the Furraitti Bros Fest in Akron Saturday. Glad we didn't miss it! There were several other tribute bands as well, including the headliner Kiss tribute Mr. Speed. As the opening act, we got the fest started with a bang, and the 500+ crowd was digging it.

All of the other bands were killer and everyone was laidback. The stage, sound and lights were excellent too, and the rain stopped right before we went on stage.

We had a great time and met some really awesome folks, including the host Jim Gamble who is one of a kind. This is an annual festival (this was #6), and they want us back next year. I'm marking our calendar! Have Mercy!
