A shelter designed to help veterans get back on their feet after service to their country.
Spring Street Veterans Renaissance is a 15-bed shelter for homeless veterans that will be located on Spring and Scarritt streets in Springfield. Along with the 15 bed shelter there is 11 single-occupancy rooms, 2 double-occupancy rooms, a kitchen, pantry, computer room, exercise room, laundry room and more. Residents will be able to live at the shelter for up to two years while they work and save

Fifth Street Renaissance/SARA Center and Phoenix Center are partnering for African American HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Stop by either location, meet staff from both agencies, learn about/utilize all the services we have to offer and get some great food from Clay's Popeye's BBQ and Ticks BBQ.
