We never realized when I was little that I was watching history.

We thought we were just watching our family make bread.

Now we understand.

We were watching dedication.

We were watching pride.
We were watching a legacy being built one loaf at a time.

Three generations connected by something much bigger than bread.

A belief that when you put your heart into something, people can taste the difference.

Every loaf tells a story.
Every recipe carries a memory.
Every generation leaves its mark.

For years, Pa would sit in his chair or his car and quietly observe the neighborhood he loved. Watching children grow up, neighbors stop to wave, familiar faces pass by.

Since 1978, he watched a community grow โ€” and the community watched over him too .
