The warming shelter at the Salvation Army – 15 South Plum St. – will be open from 6 PM to 8 AM when temperatures are at or below 32° the shelter will operate 24 hours a day during single-digit temperatures dinner and breakfast will be provided along with access to case management services if you’re interested in volunteering, please see the attachment for additional contact information.
