We repaired an old lean to roof today that too low pitch and held water, also I was busy backfilling for the 3 houses we are building in Marshfield over on Bedford...

I picked up a new 20ft 14k equipment trailer from Montgomery Trailer Sales & Equine Supply a couple days ago and Robert took really good care of me!!! Trailer was priced great and got custom pocket forks and slide in ramps with a 12k jack.

We just wrapped up this addition with a big 12x28 deck, 2 patio doors, car siding ceiling and Lp lap siding.

We've got the driveway poured at the bedford house. Just waiting on the survey and this house will be ready to be sold

We got concrete poured in this 30x44x14 post frame shop today...

We're starting an addition to this house while we're waiting to pour concrete for a pole barn.

We just finished framing up this 40x80 with 16ft tall walls in Greene County. It was a big one and came with quite a few challenges but turned out nice!

The house on Bedford in Marshfield is coming along! 3bed 2bath, big 2 car garage, metal roof, big yard and spray foamed roof this is going to make someone a nice place! If you want to check it out 319 W. Bedford Marshfield. I can show it to you also when I'm available.

16"×4" foundation concrete blocks are what we put in the holes on our post frame builds. This ensures the post has a solid foundation to sit in and won't settle into the ground. We then drill a piece of rebar into the bottom of the post and set it with concrete to give uplift strength and keep things in line.
It is the details that matter on a build that will give you a good building that will last!
