Black Art Tattoo has been open since 2015. Black Art was originally '417 Ink', Owned by Jason Webb. Jason Webb has been tattooing for 11 years.

Learning to tattoo in prison, he proceeded to get licensed. Eventually he became an apprentice at Electric Vood Eventually he became an apprentice at Electric Voodoo under Ron Hennings; Owner of Electric Voodoo.
