😬 Believe me, I’ve rolled my eyes at this advice before too. But the truth is, when I consistently move my body, I consistently feel better!
The key is to find something you enjoy so you actually want to do it!
Remember, any movement is better than none. Start small and you’ll see the difference! 💪

Do you seem to struggle with time management? This is a pretty typical finding when you have ADHD.
⏰ Timers & scheduling apps are your friends! Set timers for tasks, block out time in your calendar, and conquer your day!

💡ADHD Tip: Habit stacking!
Pair a new habit with something you already do to help it stick.
Examples:
Practice mindfulness or breathing exercises while brushing your teeth 😬
Do 50 squats in between sips of your morning coffee ☕
Forming new habits can be challenging for an ADHD brain, so set yourself up for success by building on the ones you already have!
