We are looking for a licensed Office Sales Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations and inside sales. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Team members are required to be licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with current policies
• Inbound and Outbound Sales calls
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Ability to meet with customers for policy reviews
• Maintain trusting relationships with customers
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Self Motivated
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
