Artist Spotlight: Cherie Marshall Glass Art

This week we’re featuring the beautiful work of Vermont glass artist Cherie Marshall.

These stunning Green Glass Circle Earrings capture light in the most enchanting way. Measuring approximately 1.25 inches wide, the translucent glass creates a vibrant glow that changes with every angle.

A lifelong artist and Vermont native, Cherie has explored many creative mediums throughout her career. Since discovering glass art in 2013, she has become known for creating her own patterned glass bars that are transformed into one-of-a-kind jewelry, bowls, and platters. Inspired by nature and the work of fellow artists, each piece reflects her love of color, light, and craftsmanship.

Join us for a hands-on two-part Raku Pottery Workshop on Saturdays, June 6 & 13 from 12–4 PM. Learn wheel throwing, slab building, glazing, and the dramatic firing process that makes every Raku piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Raku is a fun, fast-paced firing process where pottery is removed from the kiln while red hot and transformed through smoke, sawdust, and flame — creating stunning and unpredictable results.
