**ORDER SHIPMENT & DELIVERY UPDATE**

Hello fellow gamers! We wanted to provide you an update as we know Christmas is only 19 days away and you're eagerly awaiting your item.

During the last few days, you might have received an email stating your order should have been delivered. These are automated messages that we unfortunatly did not turn off to account for extended holiday delivery and it is causing some confusion. We appologize.

Orders placed between 11/18-11/28 have been fufilled and shipped.

Orders placed between 11/29-12/5 are in the middle of fufillment, with most orders through 12/1 being fulfilled.

If you Pre-ordered a NIntendo Wii Console the last 7 days (only applies to certain bundles), we are in the process of shipping them and all will be shipped no later than 12/10. All items are moving via 2-3 day shipping, so items should start arriving 12/12-12/15.

After 12/10, all items, including Nintendo Wii's will resume to same/next day handling with all items ordered by 12/17 being guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

We understand the important of communication and staying on top of your order, which is why we provide you with an order number and a tracking number upon fulfillment which can be tracked live on our website or via UPS/USPS.
