I have found all sorts of hurdles and obstacles with many things in the past year or so. Most of these are obstacles that are self-imposed and have no real bearing in reality....except in my own mind and have a lot to do with dragging my past forward.

One small step at a time....and it is really easy. The monsters under the bed and in the closet are not so scary, and some are not even really there.
