Covid-19 protocol updates - As of August 18, 2021

All patients, staff, and building visitors are required to wear face masks. If you do not have a face mask, you will be provided one.

We ask patients to stay in their vehicle and call our main number to let us know you are here. Then wait for a staff member to notify you it is ok to come into the office. This allows us to monitor the number of patients in common areas to minimize large groups.

Additionally, to ensure social distancing, we will continue our policy of only one patient allowed in an exam room at a time. The protocol applies to all patients including minors and persons with disabilities. If an es**rt is required, please notify our staff when making the appointment and if the appointment has already been made, please notify the staff immediately upon arrival and before coming into the building so we are able to make the necessary adjustments.

As a reminder, payment is due at the time of service and at the time orders are placed. Orders for glasses and contact lenses will not be placed until they order is paid in full. If you are making a payment you may do so by credit card over the phone or notify a staff member upon your arrival and you will be notified when you can come in to the office to make a payment in person.

Our protocols are in place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Thank you for your continued understanding as we navigate the ever-changing healthcare environment.

Our office will be postponing opening until 10:00 this morning to give plows a chance to do their thing! If you have an appointment between 8:00 and 10:00 we will call you to reschedule. We do have openings later in the day, so we can still see you today! We will not be answering phones until 9:00 in order to allow our staff the opportunity to safely arrive at the office and make the necessary calls to patients! See you soon.

We are open! All utilities have been restored and we are seeing patients as usual. Please be patient as our phone lines are busier than normal.

If you had an appointment yesterday, our staff will contact you to reschedule.
