Springfield restaurant owners, once refugees, now serve family recipes David and Lee Luu came to Springfield as refugees after each escaped Vietnam in the 1980s. By 1991, they were married and opening Cashew Station.

We are closed today (Christmas Eve). However, we will be open tomorrow! We hope to see you soon!

Due to the recent and unexpected passing of a beloved family member who played an essential role in the history of Cashew, we will be closed until further notice.

This family member was a protector of David's family as they sought refuge from Vietnam. He helped create a better life for not only his siblings but also the next generation. He helped pave a way in our family's restaurant legacy as well as Korea House, and even up until this last week, he helped hand-make the egg rolls and mandus.

You were well loved and will be sorely missed. 💔

We have exciting news!

Our newest grandbaby made her entrance to the world earlier this morning! We will unfortunately be closed until Friday just to do some grandparenting.
