How you move through drills matters. Always move with intent, or the drill dies.
Getting to a point of just moving through in flow is so fun!
You try something new. You fail 100 times. The next practice, you fail 98 out of 100. The next, 40 out of 100.
The goal, is to train until you can't get it wrong. You can do it, but you have to, well...do it.

When I moved to Wilmington in 2004, It was me, and my then girlfriend, soon to be wife in a tiny apartment.
I dreamt of starting a Shoshin Ryu Dojo that would carry the tradition and the art I love so much.
15 years later I moved to Eugene, after starting and running a successful Dojo, hosted countless seminars, brought so many lessons to myself and the students that still call it home.
Its here, successful, and full of the same promis. The promis that when people set aside their comfort, their ego. They can truly train and learn to be a more mindful and powerful human.
But it takes a lot of work, unrelenting dedication, and just training.
