Just kicked the 5 gallon batch of Eastbound IPA. Definitely nailed the recipe. More of this to be made soon.

After 4 days. Stout on the left, Non-Marzen on the right. Both tasting fantastic!

Ok, suggestions for new brews? I've got some ideas, but I would like to hear what you want Springfield. Sound off so we can make the beer you want!

Ok, one of the two thanksgiving beers down. One to go tomorrow. Brewing all weekend is awesome. Can't wait til its my weekday job!
