* Spouse has no interest in finances and they want a relationship well before they leave this world
* They have moved here from another part of the country and want a personal relationship
* There has been a job change or inheritance to manage
* Concern about cognitive impairment in retirement
* They seek a consultant who can assist as a sounding board to provide guidance on financial goals
* They do not want to self-educate on financial complexities
* They are already educated on these, but don't want to spend the time

An entire generation has grown up and not had a personal memory of 9/11. I was in between jobs, and lucky enough to have spoken with my uncle who worked at WTC just the night before. He was on a business trip out of state... otherwise I would have been one of the thousands who lost a family member or friend that day and were not as lucky.
