Our next and final run of CRAWFISH SEASON 2026 will be for July 4th weekend. BUT ONLY if we have enough orders to justify the trip.

Most of the crawfish suppliers in Louisiana have shut down for the season and supply is becoming very tight. We will know pricing the week of, so get your orders in ASAP!

Our version of a Maine-style Lobster roll made with 100% real Canadian/USA Lobster meat, poached in butter, Old Bay, lemon juice, sea salt, and other natural ingredients. It’s then tossed in our Old Bay aioli and sits beautifully atop a butter-toasted Brioche bun. 🤌🏼

🦞LOBSTER MAC-N-CHEESE🦞
Housemade Bechamel sauce using three cheeses, butter, heavy cream, Old Bay, Lobster stock, and other ingredients mixed with Cavatappi pasta, then topped with sweet chunks of real Lobster meat. ♥️

Attention GULF OYSTER connoisseurs!

As we do every year, once crawfish season is done we will also stop hauling in fresh Gulf Oysters. We will resume bringing them in again in the fall when the weather cools off.

GULF OYSTERS info:
Wild Gulf oysters spawn during the summer. In the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, they primarily spawn from May through August. When oysters spawn, their meats convert glycogen into eggs and s***m, causing them to become soft, milky, and less flavorful. Because of this, traditional harvest seasons for wild oysters often close during these months. The warmer waters also increase the risk of the food borne illness Vibriosis.
