‼️🛑🔥CRAWFISH UPDATE🔥🛑‼️

▪️Only a few weeks left in the farmed season, and we hope to run until at least Father’s Day.

▪️Sizing is still good, but the shells are starting to harden. Selects are no longer available going forward.

▪️Wild-caught can extend further: Supply from deep water or basin crawfish can extend the season into August. We will offer these if the quality and pricing is up to our standards.

▪️Also, rice season starts very soon after that point and growers often need a few weeks to prepare.

Our deli option this Friday and Saturday is our CAJUN-STYLE PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS - Our version of an East Coast classic with a Southern twist (because ya’ll know that’s how we roll!).

We start with sauteed Red Akaushi Wagyu beef, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, Pepperjack and provolone cheeses, along with Cheese Whiz. (I’ll debate anyone over this…Liquid cheese is what separates average Cheesesteaks from the great ones!! Nom nom 🤤🤗).

⭕️Available traditional style on a butter toasted hoagie or Chicago-style (Crispy) where it’s wrapped in a flour tortilla then deep fried.⭕️

▪️100+ lbs. - $4.25 lb.
