As always, our goal is to provide authentic Cajun cooking and products. We transport our own shrimp, fresh fish and other products from the Louisiana Bayou to beautiful Springfield MO. We offer a variety of PoBoys, Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Shrimp, Alligator, Stuffed Chicken.
