Springfield Family Dental

📝A well-organized health history is the secret to a great dental visit!

💊October is Talk About Meds Month and Organize Your Medical Info Month. Whether it's prescriptions, vitamins, or supplements, telling your dental team what you're taking helps us provide safer, more personalized care for your smile.

Before your next appointment, drop your updated medication list in your bag and let us know when you check in so we can get your file updated!

☕️Happy National Coffee Day, Springfield! ☕️

Whether you start your morning with a quiet cup at home or a stop at your favorite local coffee shop, we hope your day is fully caffeinated!

Just remember: dark roasts, espresso, and cold brews can leave behind surface stains over time, and sugary drinks contribute to cavities. A quick rinse with water after your last sip goes a long way in protecting your enamel until your next brushing!

😁We hope you are powered by coffee and smiles today! ☕️Tell us in the comments how you take your coffee! 👇

🏘️Happy Good Neighbors Day!🏘️
It really doesn't take much to be a good neighbor- a friendly wave, helping when needed, or watching out for each other. Being located in Downtown Springfield, we have some of the best neighbors around! Next time come for your appointment, take time to do a little shopping, have a bite to eat, or even take in a movie! There's so much to do within walking distance, and some of the nicest people around!

This week is Clean Hands Week🧼
We use this week to teach & remind people of the importance of effective handwashing.
💧WET your hands with water
🧼LATHER your hands with soap, rubbing to cover the backs of your hands, between fingers & under nails
🫧SCRUB all areas for at least 20 seconds
🚿RINSE hands well
💨DRY using a clean towel or air-dry

🦠Do your part to stop the spread of germs!

🍁Today is extra special because it not only marks the official first day of Fall, but it also marks 6 incredible years of our Office Manager, Tonia, keeping our team grounded, organized, and running seamlessly!

Tonia is truly the heart of our office. From steering daily operations up front, waiting on hold endlessly with insurance providers, to bringing warm, welcoming energy to everyone who walks through our doors, we truly don't know what we would do without her.

Tonia, thank you for six years of dedication, excellence, and constant support. We appreciate you today and every day! 🎉Join us in the comments in wishing Tonia a very Happy Anniversary!🍂

🦷Here's a little Thursday Tooth Truth for you!
If this little fact doesn't inspire you to stay on top of your brushing & flossing, we aren't sure what will! 🪥

Pumpkin Spice is the flavor of the season, so why NOT add dental floss to the list?!?!
Are y'all team 🎃
Or are you 😒

Today, our hearts are with the victims, survivors, and families of 9/11, as well as the heroic first responders who demonstrated extraordinary bravery on that fateful day.

As a nation, we will never forget the strength, compassion, and unity that emerged from tragedy. Today and every day, we honor their memory.❤️💙
