To our former families - I want to share the news that I will be retiring on December 31. Please help us find the right person to continue our tradition of high quality early childhood experiences for all children. I can not begin to express how thankful I am for all families and staff I have worked with throughout my 28 year tenure at LLCC.

This leadership role oversees the Child Development Center’s staff, daily operations, programs, budget, and services while creating a high-quality environment where children and families can thrive. The Director will also build connections between the Center and LLCC’s child development program, support student learning opportunities, and ensure compliance with early childhood standards, accreditation guidelines, and grant requirements.

If you’re passionate about early childhood education, team leadership, and creating opportunities for children and families to succeed, we’d love to have you join the LLCC team!

Join us on Tuesday, September 30 as we extend our well wishes to Anita Glydewell, Toddler Area Teacher, on her retirement after 21+ years of service. If you are unable to attend please leave her a message here. We will be making a book of your well wishes!!

Thanks to the generous support of the Levi, Ray and Shoup Foundation and the LLCC Foundation, the LLCC Child Development Center has unveiled an exciting new play area for the children to explore and enjoy. What better way to celebrate Week of the Young Child than with a fresh, exciting play area for our youngest learners to experience!

Today is the last day of Week of the Young Child! Today we had to say goodbye to Tucker Turtle. Tucker Turtle has been here all week to help us become good problem solvers, but today he has to leave to go help another school learn to tuck and problem solve! Tucker did take time to visit our family art gallery! Families worked together to create some magnificent art!!
