Friends Against Hunger

This Weekend We Were Able to Work with Outreach and the 9/11 Program for a national day of service. With the help of many volunteers (including one of FAH'S loyal volunteers, Emily) we packaged 275,000 breakfast meals (Apple and cinnamon oatmeal). These meals will be used in Missouri.

We were able to work with Outreach and the 9/11 day of service in St Louis....With the help of many volunteers (including one of FAH faithful volunteers, Emily) we packaged 257,000 Apple and cinnamon oatmeal meals. All the meals will be distributed in St Louis.

Friends Against Hunger is working with Hope Chapel in Estero Florida to plan a Day of Feeding. We didn't have a Pack-A-Thon this year but we can still help provide meals for those in need. We do not plan to hold a packaging event in 2017. Please pray for guidance for 2018. So many hungry people in the world.

Karen, here is a note from the Jahzjet orphanage in Liberia! The food has all been properly distributed. Lord bless Friends Against Hunger for helping my friends and these children! The ELWUO Orphanage also thank Friends Against Hunger and said the children love the food and the flavor!

The food from our 2016 Pack-A-Thon has landed in Haiti and we hope and pray it will be distributed SOON. :)

Our second load going to Haiti, 285,000 meals. Thank you Springfield for helping us make this happen. .

We were not sure where to send our second load of meals but about three weeks ago the answer of Haiti kept coming to us, now we know why. Last weekend we packaged 570,000 meals for Haiti.
