Don Wessel moved to Springfield in 1966 to take over an Oldsmobile store. Honda was acquired in 1973. Jon Wessel has worked in the dealership for 50 years and took the helm when his father passed away in 2012. Now, after 55 years of serving the people of Springfield and Southwest Missouri, it's time to pass the torch. We are excited that a local, second-generation dealer has purchased the dealership. Tad Pinegar will be the Dealer Principal of Pinegar Honda starting on December 1st, 2021. Tad will continue the outstanding service that Don Wessel has been known for over the years, and will keep all existing personnel. The familiar faces you know will still be here. It's been a great ride. Thank you very much for the memories.
