I had 12 wonderful years with Pepper and somehow it doesn't feel like enough. I will always love you baby girl, and I'll never forget you. You were the best dog, service animal, and friend I could've asked for.

Pepper passed this morning, peacefully and while I held her. I hope I never let her forget how much I love her and how much she means to me.

SO proud of Toby. This was his first band rehearsal and he didn't get anxious from all the noise even once!

Toby tried out barn hunt today and absolutely loved it. He's a natural, and I'm excited to work more with him on it and add him to my roster of fantastic sniffers! (picture from barn hunt association)

Why microchip your animals? Missing dogs are around 3x more likely to be returned home and missing cats are around 20x more likely to be returned home. It's good peace of mind, and I know how good it feels to have a critter returned home because of a microchip.

I chip every animal who comes through my home who doesn't already have one. I get chips at a discount in exchange for my info always being connected to a chip as backup.

I just got a call from an animal control that they found a cat connected to my info. I was able to check my records and find who the kitty was, and he'll be going home later today. ❤️
