The Springfield CKD Support Group is a patient support group established to help Greater Springfield, MO area kidney disease and dialysis patients.

Springfield CKD Support Group is established to offer peer-to-peer support for those in Southwest Missouri who are enduring Chronic Kidney Disease (or CKD) at all stages. Having recognized the impact that CKD has on an individual and his/her family, we are here to offer hope and encouragement together as we navigate the life changes related to CKD.
