MOCHA Springfield is a Health Initiative for Men of Color, to decrease health disparities and empower communities.

• Get out of the unhealthy man box (Positive masculinity)
• Be a role model of healthy manhood (Role modeling)
• Talk with others about your health and the health of men in your life (Communication)
• Get health screenings and develop a personal health plan (Prevention)
