💧 Water Testing Policy Update 💧

We are committed to providing the most accurate water care recommendations possible.

To help us do that, we are implementing the following water testing guidelines:

✅ One complimentary computerized water test per customer, per week.

☔ Computerized water tests requested before or during a rain event will be subject to a testing fee. Rain can significantly alter water chemistry and quickly make results inaccurate.

🔄 Additional computerized water tests within the same week will also be subject to a testing fee.

🧪 Need a quick check? We are always happy to perform a complimentary dip-stick test.

🚗 For the most accurate results, please bring your sample directly to the store. Samples left in hot vehicles or direct sunlight may produce inaccurate readings.

Our goal is not to charge more. Our goal is to provide accurate results and recommendations that actually help solve water issues.
