* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southwestern Texas County in south central Missouri...
Webster County in southwestern Missouri...
Wright County in southwestern Missouri...

* Until 615 PM CDT Saturday

* At 1219 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flash flooding
due to rainfall. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
flooding is already occurring across Webster County, including in
Northview.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Marshfield, Mountain Grove, Rogersville, Cabool, Seymour,
Mansfield, Fordland, Norwood, Hartville, Niangua, Diggins,
Dawson, Duncan, Odin, Grovespring and Northview.

This includes the following low water crossings...
Gasconade River at Highway E, Wolf Creek at Highway AB, Woods Fork Gasconade River at Rippee Ford Road, Whetstone Creek at Owens Road, James River at Bell Ford Road, Finley River at Highway Z and Baker Creek at Baker Creek Road.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood deaths occur in vehicles.

At 1017 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Ingalls Creek at Highway HH, Weaubleau Creek at 350 Road, Hogles Creek at County Road 86, Weaubleau Creek at Highway V and Brush Creek at 1200 Road.
