School is getting ready to fire back up and so are we. Off-Season training is getting started so if you need to get stronger and put in the work to progress towards great pitching and hitting hit me up. Now is the time to make some adjustments and work on getting stronger!!

The Grind!!! Sometimes it’s tough to start. Sometimes it’s tough when you get in a slump. The game is always beating you up at some point. Lots of excuses!! Stay the course and work!!! The right way!!!

The more I study the game, and learn from the game, The more I feel the need to share and teach! It’s a great game, but it’s constantly changing and I appreciate being able to stay relevant and teach the next generation Everyone is different and requires different motivation. I like yall keeping me on my toes.

I have some 32” wood bats to get rid of. No cracks. Great for off-season training. All used. $20 each pickup at the Lab
