We produced a podcast this spring!

Lost Ways of Knowing is an epic learning experience that seeks to expound on key ideas from ancient India, alchemical traditions, history, and myth to initiate a continued dialogue about yoga as a path to systematically overcoming self deception, leading to deeper intimacy with what is real.

Check out Lost Ways of Knowing by wherever you listen to podcasts.

Meet Movement School trainer and my teaching assistant .

“I’ve been studying and practicing ways to feel better for the last ten years. Over time and training, I learned how to teach the multidisciplinary practices that I’ve felt, and research has found, to be the most efficient and effective. My university education in science and psychology coincided with my early yoga training influencing how I practice and teach. All woven together by wisdom traditions to form the title of yoga teacher.

My goal as a teacher is to provide an environment and instruction so that my students can become sensitive to their bodily experience and regulate it. Helping them to recognize the cause and effect that precise and integrative techniques can have on their wellbeing. This way they can sequence their lives, or a yoga class, to achieve their aim.”

We are so fortunate to have Kelsey supporting and assisting in the upcoming training.
