A bunch of students here at RVTC went to the Spring Future Business Leaders of America conference on Friday! It was an amazing trip, and we can't wait to do it again next year! :D
Campus Connection will be partnering with Human Services to raise money to buy gifts for children in need. The cup for FBLA donations will be replaced by a jar for this cause. The projected end date for donations will be December 14th. We encourage you to share the love.

Campus Connection now carries school supplies. If you need pens, pencils, folders, etc. we’ve got you covered🖊️✏️📁📘. We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM 😀 😀

Congrats Kaylee!
River Valley Technical Center received silver certification as a retail operation for its school-based enterprise, the Campus Connection. A School-based Enterprise (SBE) is an entrepreneurial operation in a school setting that provides goods/ services to meet the needs of the market. SBEs are managed and operated by students as hands-on learning laboratories that integrate National Curriculum Standards in Marketing, Finance, Hospitality or Management. SBEs provide realistic and practical learning experiences that reinforce classroom instruction. Kaylee Norton, a level III student in Business & Financial Services completed the SBE certification for RVTC. Kaylee is a senior from Springfield High School, is the store manager of the Campus Connection and is the Vice President of Community Service and Career Development for Vermont DECA this year. Congratulations Kaylee!

The Campus Connection celebrated their grand opening for the school year. Every year the seniors dedicate the store opening to someone who makes a difference at RVTC. Tina Bixby, RVTC Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Coordinator, had the honor of cutting the ribbon. The Campus Connection is the school store operated by the Business & Financial Services program.
