Did someone say, south of the border?! Tonight at Spring Valley, we will be dipping our toes into the sands of Mexico with a meal that consists of Chicken Tamales, Chicken Enchiladas, Elotes, rice and beans, chips and salsa, and churros for dessert!

Happy Cinco De Mayo from our festive bunch to yours! Today, our residents had the opportunity to celebrate with snacks and soda, with some live entertainment! It’s also spirit week, so today we channeled our inner vacationers and dressed as Tourist!!!

Spring Valley stepped back in time last week! At our Friends and Family dinner, the jukebox was jumpin’, the milkshakes were cold, and the good times rolled! 🍔✨

Did someone say tea? Yesterday our lovely ladies had a high tea social in the lounge, and they took the time to reminisce, share stores, and enjoy refreshments while making memories!

Our Spring Valley residents spent the day wandering through a sea of colors at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn! Days like these truly remind us that joy truly blooms when we’re side by side! 🌷✨

The Easter Bunny came to town today, and hopped and got pictures with everyone! She even dropped off some sweet treats along with her trusty helper!

Yesterday, we had the wonderful Pani in to tell us and show us all the wonderful and beautiful things about Persia and Nowruz (the Persian New Year)

She brought Persian Tea, and baklava. And put on a fantastic presentation for the residents! Afterwards, she gave out flowers as a symbol that spring has arrived and joy for the year ahead! 💐🌹🌷
