Nobody sees the ninth headline rewrite or the 7 a.m. dashboard check. You just see the results.
That's kinda the whole point. 🤗

What does a year of in-kind support actually look like? Here's one answer.
In 2023, we partnered with the Developmental Center of the Ozarks, an organization serving infants, children, and adults with and without developmental disabilities across Springfield through therapies, education, and habilitative programs.
DCO's work is layered and deeply personal, and their old website wasn't telling that story. So we built them one that reflects their mission, makes their services easy to find, and carries the values behind everything they do.
The impact belongs to DCO. We just made sure more people could see it.
This is the kind of work our in-kind program exists to do, and applications for this year's partner are open through November 14th.

We took the team through Fantastic Caverns, and I'm happy to report everyone came back without any major concussions!
For anyone who hasn’t been: it's a ride-through cave. You tour the whole thing by tram, which is great, right up until the ceiling drops. At one point, our height-privileged partner, David, was basically folded in half while the rest of us ✨definitely✨weren’t laughing.
It was a great afternoon to (literally) chill out together and take a break from screens, campaigns, and analytics. We love what we do, but we also love getting out of the office and experiencing all the things that make us proud to call the Ozarks home. 🫶

Every year, we set aside a full year of digital marketing work for one local nonprofit. Now, the doors are open.
Here's how it works: we choose one registered 501(c)(3) in our community to receive donated ("in-kind") support across the things we do every day: website development, SEO, digital advertising, content, creative, research, and social media. Not a stripped-down version. The real thing.
We do this because the community that supported us deserves to be supported back. If you lead or know a nonprofit doing meaningful work here, we'd love to hear your story — your mission and the people you serve, not just a list of needs.
Applications are open now through November 14th. Tell us what you're building, and let's see what we can build together.
Start here: https://www.campaignium.com/services/non-profit-services/
We've spent this month telling you about the nonprofits we support. Today, we want you to hear from someone who does the work. 👩‍💻
Before Keatyn Garton led our web team, she was a respiratory therapist, so helping people isn't something she picked up on the job. It's what pulled her into this in the first place. When we asked what in-kind work means to her, that's where she started.
One project has stuck with her: building an app for a local shelter that shares real-time openings and connects people with the resources they need, right when they need them. Technology in service of something deeply human is the whole idea.
That's what this work is really about. Every year, we get to point what we're good at toward a mission that matters, right here in the 417 — and every year, it turns out to be some of the work we're proudest of.
Applications open September 1. If you're a registered 501(c)(3) in our community, we'd love to hear from you.

Most agency reports are built to look impressive. Ours are built to be used. 📊
There's a difference, and heading into Q4 it matters more than usual. When holiday budgets are on the line, you don't need a stack of disconnected dashboards — one for social, one for ads, one for SEO. You need to know exactly where your dollars are working, where they aren't, and what to do next.
So that's what we build. Everything lives in one meeting and one deck, where your social, paid, and SEO/GEO performance sit side by side because that's the only way to see whether your channels are actually pulling in the same direction.
When we spot a gap, we don't just flag it. We bring a clear resolution to the table. Our approach allows us to build strategy together: we answer your questions, invite your feedback, and keep your goals at the center every step of the way.
Numbers tell you what happened. The insight tells you what to do next. If your current reports feel more like homework than a roadmap, let's talk about what a better one looks like.

Sometimes an organization outgrows its original brand.
For decades, the Council of Churches of the Ozarks served vulnerable individuals and families across Southwest Missouri. But the mission had grown far beyond what the name could hold, and the people they serve deserved an identity that matched the scope of the work.
So together, we built one. A new name — Crosslines — along with a logo and full visual identity designed to capture the heart of what they do: the intersection where compassion meets action. Not a fresh coat of paint, but a brand that finally tells the truth about who they are and who they show up for every day.
That's the part we love most about this work. The mission was already there, already strong. Our job was simply to help more of the Ozarks see it clearly.
Crosslines is exactly the kind of partner our in-kind program exists for. If your 501(c)(3) is doing meaningful work in our community, get in touch with us. Applications open September 1.

AI has a place in modern marketing. It also has a lot of places it doesn't belong. Here's how our team thinks about it and what we'd never delegate to a robot. 🤖
Let's start with the honest part: yes, we use AI. Pretending otherwise in 2026 would be a little ridiculous. It's genuinely good at the heavy lifting: sifting through mountains of campaign data to surface patterns we'd otherwise spend hours hunting for, speeding up first-draft research, handling the tedious analysis that used to eat an afternoon. Used well, it gives our team more time for the work that actually moves the needle.
Here's where we draw the line.
✍️We don't let it take over your brand's voice. AI can produce something grammatically fine and completely forgettable, and "forgettable" is the opposite of what your marketing is for.
🎯We don't let it make the strategy calls. It can tell you what happened. It can't tell you what your business needs to do next, or why a number that looks bad might actually be good news for your particular goals.
🤗We don't let it near the human moments. The gratitude post, the sensitive client conversation, the campaign built around a real story. Those don't get outsourced. Ever.
The way we see it, AI is a tool, not a teammate. (Repeat after me: Claude is not a real guy.) It's great at making our people faster. It's terrible at replacing the judgment, taste, and relationship that made you hire people in the first place.
That's the whole philosophy: let the robots do the grunt work, keep the thinking human. Because your customers can tell the difference, even when they can't quite say why.
Curious where AI could genuinely save your team time without cheapening your brand? That's a conversation we love having.
Grief doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither does the work of showing up for the people living through it.
Lost & Found Grief Center walks alongside children, teens, adults, and families across the Ozarks after the loss of someone they love, making sure no one here has to grieve alone. It's some of the most important work happening in our community. We were honored to support it through our in-kind program, and while we love all the non-profits we work with, they will always hold a special place in our hearts as our first in-kind partnership.
We sat down with Jamie Fields, Lost & Found’s resource development director, to hear what that work really looks like and to talk about what we built together: a clearer, more cohesive brand, a Google Grant that maximizes their reach, expanded access to grief resources at a moment when local families needed them most, and materials for their Evening of Hope that helped tell the story of the donors and supporters who make it all possible.
The strategy was ours to handle. The mission was always theirs. That's exactly how in-kind work should feel. 🩵
This is the kind of partnership our in-kind program is built for. Applications open September 1. If your 501(c)(3) is doing meaningful work in or around the 417, we'd love to hear your story soon. Find out more here: https://www.campaignium.com/services/non-profit-services/

If you sell online through Google, mark August 18 on your calendar. 🗓️
That's the day Google officially retires the old Content API for Shopping — the behind-the-scenes connection that keeps many Merchant Center accounts and product feeds running. After that, accounts still relying on it need to move to Google's new Merchant API (or request an extension) to keep everything working smoothly.
Here's the good news: not everyone has to lift a finger.
If your products sync through a third-party partner — like the Google & YouTube app on Shopify — your provider handles the migration for you. Nothing to do but keep selling.
If your store connects to Merchant Center through a custom or direct integration, that's where this matters. Left unaddressed, a lapsed connection can disrupt your product listings right as Q4 traffic starts climbing… the worst possible time for your Shopping ads to go dark.
Not sure which camp you're in? That's exactly the kind of thing we check for our clients before it becomes a problem. If you'd like a second set of eyes on your setup before the deadline, our team is happy to take a look.
