The Springfield Workshop Foundation exists to support the individuals we serve at SWI Industrial Solutions in ways that go beyond the workplace. While SWI provides meaningful employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities, the Foundation steps in to meet additional needs by helping fund essential programs and provide resources to enhance quality of life.

From assisting with everyday necessities to supporting special initiatives and opportunities, the Foundation ensures our employees have the support they need to succeed both on and off the floor.
