I joined my alma mater, Chicago State University, and other universities across Illinois in Springfield at the Illinois State Capitol in support of higher education.
It was meaningful to stand alongside students, alumni, faculty, and advocates.

Today I had the joy of participating in the
University of Illinois Springfield Wellness Fair.
I enjoyed having conversations with students, staff, and community members about wellness challenges and what they are experiencing day to day.
A consistent theme throughout the event was sleep and energy, and how directly it impacts focus, mood, and overall performance.
Some vendor organizations expressed interest in future wellness training engagements for their teams and communities.
Grateful for meaningful conversations and continued opportunities to support practical wellness education.
