Had a great closing with these ladies! It took about a month to negotiate this contract but no one gave up and by the end my buyers and the sellers were hugging and exchanging phone numbers! A little about Dan:
"I started my real estate career in 2006 and went full-time on the 'Lord's Day' of 07/07/07. I love being able to help clients in general but one of my favorite things is when I'm with a buyer client and we walk into a home and they just LIGHT UP! At that point, they know this is the home for them and they can envision how they will set it up and how their life will be in the home and the community. Starting in 2007 was not the best time but I learned and specialized in the area of investment properties. The investors I worked with are/were a wealth of knowledge and I soaked up as much info as I could eventually buying my own investment properties as flips or rentals. My background in construction as a teenager helped because I did a lot of the work myself or worked alongside contractors that were willing to teach me. Then in 2016 my Wife and I along with our 3 girls bought some land and planted an Orchard with apple trees and berries. So I now have 1st hand knowledge in farming, building, septic systems, wells, working on old tractors, and the processes of Greene county planning and zoning. That along with over 300 transactions that I've been a part of, has given me a broad range of experience that I bring to the table to help my clients reach their goals."
